Engaging and immersive; educational and enlightening. The Factory Visitor Experience offers an incredible insight into Britain’s most iconic motorcycle manufacturer.
Discover the process of early concepts through to the design and final realisation of Triumph’s best-selling models and take a ride through the history of the early pioneers to the latest Hinckley modern legends, race winners and record breakers.


Tour information
The 90-minute factory tour must be booked in advance and costs just £25 per person.
Places are limited to ensure the best experience for every visitor.

Opening hours
Our usual opening times for the Café, Shop and Exhibition are Wednesday to Friday - 10am to 4.30pm. Saturday - Sunday 9:30am - 4pm and Closed Monday and Tuesday.
Tours run Wednesday to Sunday, at 10.30am, 11.30am, 1.30pm & 2pm.
Group tours
The Factory Visitor Experience is ideal for educational, corporate and social groups of 15-60.
Bookings can be tailored for a full day of multiple tours or single tours for smaller parties. With a successful educational partnership recently launched, it’s great for school trips, too.

Educational tours
We aim to inspire, educate and recruit students from schools, colleges and universities by creating a fun, exciting and safe learning environment for young people to develop an informed view about careers in Science, Technology, Engineering, Manufacturing, Mathematics, Marketing and Design. This is supported by the prestigious Triumph Design Awards which are open to students from 16 – 18.

PRINCE WILLIAM OFFICIALLY OPENS THE TRIUMPH FACTORY VISITOR EXPERIENCE
On 20th February 2018, Triumph Motorcycles welcomed His Royal Highness the Duke of Cambridge, for the official opening of our Factory Visitor Experience. The prince unveiled a commemorative fuel tank emblazoned with a Union Jack design to mark his visit, which visitors can now see on display in the foyer.
